Holden cures Colorado customer complaint – in just 312 days

The transport manager of a major Australian company has finally achieved his goal of having a driveline vibration and additional problems concerning a Colorado resolved. In an ongoing saga of allegedly poor performance on the part of Holden customer service department and the dealership concerned, the customer has told Delivery Magazine that the Colorado is now performing as expected from day one. The original driveline complaint was first notified to Holden Customer service back in November 2012, but according to the customer the company first refused to acknowledge the fault, then subsequently admitted a product fix was under development and that a new clutch was on back order. After 312 days, much of which the vehicle spent in the dealership, it appears the company has resolved the problem by replacing the clutch.
